Information you choose to provide

Forms collect the fields displayed on the page, including your name, contact details and information relevant to a programme, mentorship or general enquiry. Please do not submit health information, identity documents, financial details or other sensitive personal data. Submission saves a request for review; it does not make a booking, enrol you in a programme or take a payment. No automatic email is sent.

Storage and retention

Submitted requests are stored in a private database on our VPS. Access to the review workspace is restricted. Requests are retained for up to 30 days; an automated daily task removes older records. A pseudonymous network identifier is used to limit abusive submissions. Web-server security logs may record IP addresses and requested URLs.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion by writing to the operator and quoting your request reference. You can withdraw permission to process an unfulfilled request. Do not send additional sensitive data when making a request.

Cookies and external services

All fonts, icons and photographs are served from this website. There is no advertising, analytics tracker, embedded map, payment processor or CRM integration. A short-lived, essential session cookie protects form submissions against forgery. It is not used for advertising.
